He started his career in 1982 in government administration in Kraljevo. During more than 25 years of operations, Nelt has become the benchmark for the region's distribution and logistics business. It is a trustworthy business partner to many international companies like Procter&Gamble, Philip Morris, Mars, Mondelez, Nestle, GSK, Biesdorf, Teekanne, Dr.Oetker, Heineken, Braun, Duracell, Reckitt Benckiser, Sebamed, Johnson&Johnson, etc.
Nelt has been active for years in the Western Balkans through its companies in Macedonia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, and Kosovo. Since 2010, Nelt has been present in Africa through representative offices in Angola, Zambia, Mozambique, and Zimbabwe and Malawi's business operations. Part of Nelt Group are also following companies: Neoplanta - meat industry Novi Sad, Javna skladišta - logistics company Subotica, Banim Reklame, marketing, and POSM company Kraljevo, Montnomaks CL, logistics leader in Montenegro.
Today, Nelt is one of the most significant privately-owned companies in Western Balkans with more than 4000 employees, 80 principals, 100 logistics clients, 1000 vehicles, 120 000 m2 of warehouse and office space, and an annual turnover of nearly 1 B EUR.
Nelt is a member of numerous business associations in Serbia - National Alliance for Economic Development (NALED), AMCHAM, Swiss, German, France, and Italian chambers of commerce.
Nelt won the prestigious "Leader in Change" award for 2016, given annually by the American chamber of commerce in Serbia, to a company recognized for its business results, providing a role model for doing business in the Serbian market.
For 29 years, he is married to Tanja, and he is a father of two sons, Aleksa and Luka. They are both former members of the Serbian National Team in water polo and both graduates of the University of California, Berkeley, USA, currently working in Nelt as members of the Shareholders office.
Nebojša is a member of the Serbian business club "Privrednik."
