Nataša Škrbić is a Program Director for Startup Ecosystem at the Digital Serbia Initiative. She has experience in project management in the non-governmental sector and building entrepreneurial ecosystems. She holds MSc Development management in International development from the London School of Economics and Political Science, with the focus on how ICT industry can help economic development of countries. 
Among other things, she has worked on projects regarding technology transfer and has been a startup founder herself. At the Digital Serbia Initiative she manages projects in the startup ecosystem area, specifically: coordination of the Government working group for the Strategy for development of the Serbian startup ecosystem, leading Digital Serbia Initiative Angel network and building a startup community. She believes the secret ingredients of successful ecosystems are Entrepreneurs first, Give before you get, and Incredible love of the place.
