Krzysztof is a business leader and management consultant with a mission of helping enterprises across different sectors unlock their true potential. He’s currently heading Mastercard’s professional services arm in South-East Europe, focusing on business development across different capabilities incl. management consulting, data analytics, marketing & loyalty and cyber security. In the past he’s held managerial positions within Deloitte’s strategy consulting, focused on advising to major financial institutions.

Krzysztof brings in 15 years of experience from engagements with major financial institutions, digital players, retailers & governments across Europe, with particular focus on Poland and CEE. His main areas of expertise include corporate strategy, data analytics, digital transformation, payments, operating model design, channel strategy, PMI, back-office optimization, SSC/ BPO and commercial due diligence. He holds a degree from Stockholm School of Economics and Warsaw School of Economics and is an alumnus of Leadership Academy for Poland.
