Andrej Sovrović is the youngest member of the Executive Board of Delta Holding and the General Director of Delta's hotel business. With an education in Political Science from University College London (UCL) and International Political Economy from the London School of Economics (LSE), Andrej began his career at Delta Holding through the Young Leaders program. 

His rise within Delta Holding was rapid, with Andrej advancing and gaining experience across various sectors and industries. This allowed him to identify key business opportunities and contribute to the company’s results, both in operational performance and through opportunities for potential growth. 

Throughout his career at Delta Holding, he has served as Deputy Director of the Yuhor company and General Director of Delta Frukt, a subsidiary of Delta Holding in Russia involved in the fruit and vegetable trade. Since 2019, he has held the position of Director of Commodities Trading at Delta Agrar, and since mid-2021, he has been the Director of the Danubius factory. 

One of the key moments in his career was his transition to the hospitality sector, where in 2022, he was appointed as the General Director of the Delta Hospitality sector, which includes three hotels in Belgrade and one in Ljubljana – Crowne Plaza Belgrade, Radisson Collection, Hotel Indigo, and InterContinental Ljubljana, with ambitious plans for business expansion. With a proactive and innovative approach, he continuously strives to improve business results, with the goal of motivating employees to build their careers in hospitality and contributing to the progress of the industry. 

Although he currently holds the position of General Director of Delta’s hotel business, he actively contributes to the broader operations of Delta Holding. Together with the company’s executive board, his strategic approach helps achieve goals and development, playing a crucial role in the continued expansion and success of Delta Holding as a whole.
