Communications and Development Director, NALED
During her professional development, Milica has gained unparalleled experience working with the private, public, and civil sectors in Serbia and across the SEE region. She started her carrier in marketing with Link group. From 2007, Milica was engaged by USAID’s Municipal Economic Growth Activity (MEGA) program, building specific expertise in the field of local economic development and investment promotion as marketing advisor to more than 30 local government in Serbia. By the end of 2010, she started working as marketing manager in NALED, and over the years grew to become Communications and Development Director. As a prominent member of NALED’s senior management team, Milica is in charge of NALED's organizational development, strategic communications and positioning, public advocacy campaigns and events, creative solutions and membership growth. Since 2021 she also serves as NALED’s Team Leader of the National initiative for cashless payments. She holds a master's degree from the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade, with certificates in business planning, marketing (Academic Training Association) and investment promotion (FIAS, World Bank). She attended professional development programs in the USA, China, and India. She is a member of Mensa and NALED’s Ethics Committee.
