Aleksandar Stepančev is Manager Systems Engineering in Cisco for Balkan Region. Aleksandar has more than 20 years of leadership experience in Serbia, neighboring countries and Cyprus. He was occupying top management positions in Information Technology and Business Strategy and Development. His strategic thinking, cross functional business experience, IT knowledge and proven track record in consulting and couching provides valuable resource in Companies Digital Transformation.

Aleksandar Stepančev holds a Master’s degree in Electronic and Telecommunication from the University of Novi Sad and Master of Business Administration from United Business Institutes, Brussels. He is active member of American Chamber of Commerce in Serbia and Serbian Association of Managers. Aleksandar is married and has two children.
