Born in Belgrade in 1975. After graduating from the XI Belgrade Gymnasium, he enrolled in the Faculty of Architecture and acquired the title of Engineer in Architecture (MSc). He has been a member of the Serbian Chamber of Engineers since 2008, the Association of Architects of Serbia since 2001, the Association of Architects of Belgrade and has the status of a Freelance Artist in the ULUPUDS association since 2001. He is a licensed city architect, designer and contractor.

He is an initiator of the establishment of the Chamber of Architects of Serbia, for which he received the support of the European Commission from Brussels in 2010. He is also the founder of the Commission for Sports and Recreation at the Institute for Standardization of Serbia. He was actively involved in the design of public, residential, commercial and sports facilities, as well as public space projects in the period from 2001 until today.

He is the founder and editor-in-chief of the most important regional architectural magazine "Arhitekton".

He has been a member of the Commission for Plans of the City of Belgrade Assembly since December 2013, and since May 2014 he has been the Vice-President of the Council for Urbanism of the Belgrade City Assembly. In May 2018, he was elected Deputy President of the Commission for Plans of the City of Belgrade Assembly.

He was a member of the jury for the urban solution of Makiško polje in Belgrade, President of the international jury for the annual award of the magazine "Arhitekton" on three occasions in 2009, 2010 and 2011.

He was also active in research of contemporary architecture and urban planning and published a large number of articles in both domestic and foreign journals and was a guest lecturer at several faculties in Belgrade.

He has designed a number of facilities in Serbia and abroad and worked on a number of urban projects. Among the most important ones are the Complex in the Sports Center "Košutnjak" containing the National Training Center on the area of 39,000m2 (sports medicine building, multifunctional hall, Olympic swimming pool, stadium and hotel), youth sports camp "Karataš" of 16,000m2, the building of the new scientific center of the Institute of Physics of Serbia of 7,000m2, a residential building in Voždovac of 21,000m2, a residential building in the Old Town in the area of 9,000m2, a commercial building in Surčin of 4,000m2, a commercial building "Agroform" in Zurich of 3,000m2, a residential building in Ljutice Bogdana Street of 2,000m2, residential building in Herceg Novi of 2,000m2, hotel building KAP in Podgorica of 6,000m2, public park area in Vršac at four locations, construction projects for around 250 children's playgrounds in Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

He was elected to the position of the City Architect of the City of Belgrade at the session of the City Assembly held on March 4, 2019
