Anđela Tota was born on May 26, 2002, in Belgrade, where she completed elementary school Zmaj Jova Jovanović with excellent academic success and received the Vuk Karadžić diploma. She continued her education at the Third Belgrade Gymnasium, also as a recipient of the Vuk Karadžić diploma.

In 2021, she enrolled at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade, majoring in Management. She is currently in her fourth year of studies, with an average grade of 9.12 across all completed exams.

Since her second year of studies, Anđela has been an active member of the ESTIEM organization. She participated in organizing the Budi kulturan project as a member of the Human Resources sector. Additionally, she took part in the ESTIEM case study competition for two consecutive years. In her first year, she won 3rd place for solving a case study presented by Bosch, while in her second year, she secured 1st place, earning a one-month internship at NLB Komercijalna Banka.

During her fourth year of studies, she was invited by the faculty to serve as a teaching assistant in the Management course, gaining valuable experience in conducting practical exercises and working with students.

As part of the NLB Ideja internship program, she presented her solution, which was awarded 1st place by the bank’s Executive Board. As a result, she was given the opportunity to participate in Izazovi budućnost, a new program by NLB Komercijalna Banka, where she attends various training sessions and further develops her professional skills.
