Mr. Trivunac has nearly fifteen years of experience in the field of corporate finance, M&А, as well as corporate restructuring. He began his career in 2003 in Prague as a financial analyst for GE Capital Bank (General Electric financial arm). He continued his career in Serbia, where he worked for  Deloitte & Touche  from the end of 2003 to March 2006 as a senior consultant. Until August 2007 he worked as the Head of Corporate Finance Department at  Erste Bank Serbia, where he was in charge of the investment banking activities for the region of South Eastern Europe. He worked as a Portfolio Manager at the AC Funds  and Ilirika Investment Fund Management Company from September 2007 to April 2010. He actively managed equity funds. He has been working in the Ministry of Economy since April 2010. First he was the advisor to the Minister, and from June 2014 to September 2016 he performed the duty of assistant minister for privatization and bankruptcy, after which he was appointed State Secretary. He speaks English, French and Czech.

Mr. Trivunac holds BA in Economics from Anglo American University in Prague and MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology. He also holds local CFA equivalent (portfolio manager license) and has completed his State Exam.
