Mr. Trivunac has nearly 20 years of experience in the field of corporate finance, M&А, as well as corporate restructuring. He began his career in 2003 in Prague as a financial analyst for GE Capital Bank (General Electric financial arm). He continued his career in Serbia, where he worked for  Deloitte & Touche  from the end of 2003 to March 2006 as a senior consultant. Until August 2007 he worked as the Head of Corporate Finance Department at  Erste Bank Serbia, where he was in charge of the investment banking activities for the region of South Eastern Europe. He also worked as a Portfolio Manager at the AC Funds  and Ilirika Investment Fund Management Company from September 2007 to April 2010, where he actively managed equity funds.

He has been working in the Ministry of Economy since April 2010. During that period, he was one of team leaders in new privatisation legislature in Serbia, adopted by Serbian Parliament in 2014. He privatized more than 500 companies in Serbia.
Some of the landmark transactions include Steel Mill Smederevo (Asset carve-out for Hsteel, China); Copper Mine RTB Bor (1.4 bln USD partnership with Zijin, China), Galenika (majority equity sale to EMS, Brasil); PKB (Asset sale of biggest Serbian agriculture producer) and many more...

He speaks English, French and Czech.

Mr. Trivunac holds BA in Economics from Anglo American University in Prague and MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology. He also holds local CFA equivalent (portfolio manager license) and has completed his State Exam.
