Jelena Trninic is Public Affairs, Communications and Sustainability Director in the local Coca-Cola Company operations for Serbia, Kosovo, Montenegro, and N. Macedonia, with 13 years in the Coca-Cola System and 25 years in the multinational business environment.

Parallel to general business management as member of the local operations leadership team, Jelena is functionally leading corporate, ESG, crisis and brand communications and sustainability projects related to brand portfolio and local communities. During her time in Coca-Cola HBC, Jelena was leading Public & Regulatory Affairs agenda for the CCHBC Group in 26 markets. As subject matter expert in circular economy, packaging & packaging waste management and deposit refund systems, Jelena participated in different sustainability community projects across the markets, some of them becoming a long-lasting regular practice.
