Aleksandra is an accomplished communication and PR professional with a distinguished career spanning over two decades. With a Master’s degree in Communications and Public Relations from the University of Belgrade, she has cultivated expertise in strategic communication, media relations, and public engagement, driving impactful initiatives across diverse sectors.
Currently, Aleksandra leads communication efforts for the WWF Adria in Serbia on various projects – from local to regional and international communication coverage, managing strategies, everyday media and stakeholder communication as well as potential public environmental influence. She excels in developing comprehensive communication campaigns, coordinating multi-partner activities, and adapting digital strategies for diverse audiences. Her role extends to high-profile environmental projects where she manages public relations, event organization, and stakeholder engagement, contributing to the success of initiatives such as Earth Hour and the Living Planet Report.
Previously, Aleksandra served as a Senior public relations advisor at Serbia’s Anti-Corruption Agency, where she directed external communications, handled crisis PR, and spearheaded media engagement. Her strategic initiatives earned the agency recognition as the best-communicating state institution in 2011. She also provided PR consultancy for Unilever, delivering innovative campaigns that enhanced brand visibility and growth.
Aleksandra’s dedication to mentoring and capacity-building shines through her work with youth volunteers and her contributions to training programs. She combines technical expertise with creative storytelling to craft compelling narratives. Her leadership in communication strategies and her commitment to fostering positive change position her as a dynamic force in the field of public relations.
