Resident Representative in Serbia, IMF
Ms. Yulia Ustyugova has been IMF Resident Representative in Serbia since August 2021. After joining the IMF in 2007, she worked on Canada, various emerging and developing economies in Latin and Central America, and was IMF Resident Representative in Armenia during 2017-21. Prior to the IMF, Ms. Ustyugova worked at the Bank of Russia and taught at the HSE University. Her professional and research interests include macroeconomic stabilization policies, monetary policy frameworks, and commodity prices and inflation dynamics.
