Bojana Vasiljevic has 20+ years of business-based HR experience, she holds position of HR Director for East Europe Region at NCR Corporation, US based global technology company.  

As the HR subject matter her expertise is in both operational and strategic HR practices. Overseeing all aspects of human resources management she establishes and develops Human Resource teams and infrastructure for global technology company to effectively support rapid business growth of NCR Belgrade operation and Europe software, hardware and professional services teams.  She also has extensive mergers and acquisitions integration experience.  

In her role, Bojana is providing effective partnership  and guidance to the business and the employees to enable unique experiences of the engagement, performance, training and talent development for 5,400 employees  across Bosnia, Czech Republic, Russia, Serbia and Ukraine.

Prior to NCR Corporation, Bojana held senior management roles in PepsiCo, Mondelez South Central Europe, S&T AG Adria region, Coca-Cola Company and British Airways.

Bojana graduated from Brunel University London, she hold MSc degree in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations and BSc degree in Economics and Management.
