Svetlana started her career at the Opera and Theatre Madlenianum, where she gained rich twenty-year experience in the areas of corporate finance, marketing, international cooperation, and cultural diplomacy. Her dedicated work and expertise have enabled her to contribute to the strategic development of both the business and artistic spheres of this prestigious institution including enhancing international cultural cooperation.

She holds the position of  Director of General Affairs and Finance at the Madlenianum Opera and Theatre. In this key position, she has significantly improved the financial sector while also actively contributing to the development and improvement of other business areas within the organization. Her expertise in finance and management has helped transform and optimize the operational and business processes of this cultural institution.

Svetlana holds a bachelor’s degree in banking, financing and insurance from the Faculty of Economy, University of Belgrade.
