Politician, Green-Left Front
Dobrica Veselinović is a Serbian activist and politician. He is a member of the Green–Left Front political party and one of founders of green left Do not let Belgrade drown activist movement.
He graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Belgrade.
In the last fifteen years he has been active in the civil sector, working for various CSO’s and starting projects related to sustainable development, urban development and education.
Since 2010 he has fought for green transition, sustainable urban development and greater participation of citizens in decision-making processes.
Dobrica Veselinovic is the founder of the collective “Ministry of Space”, “Institute for Urban Policy”, was one of founders and leaders of the citizen movement Ne davimo Beograd “Don’t Let Belgrade D(r)own”, founder of the political network “Civic front” - a network of grassroot initiatives and organizations, and founder of new green left political party Zeleno levi front.
Dobrica Veselinovic was German Marshal Memorial Fellow in class 2019, and part of European Young Leaders class of 2020.
