Starting as Financial manager and announced as CFO of Elixir Group from June 2015, I have had significant
contribution to support intensive growth of Elixir Group, that has multiplied its revenues and total assets in five
years period, becoming one of leading private companies in chemical and agribusiness in Serbia. In 5-years
period company has fulfilled planned investment cycle with over 120m EUR, with all the time being able to
meet all its liabilities, and to improve KPIs and rating in with both domestic and foreign financial institutions.

retail, micro and SME clients. I have been leading team of 30 employees, also I have been involved in different

mind previous credit risk experience I have been participating as a lecturer on Training course for Service Center
Heads held, on Group level in Frankfurt.

Starting as credit analyst for micro and small companies, and later as credit analyst for corporate clients I have
been in position to visit an analyze various types of business activity. After 4 years in credit analysis department

analyzing and approving largest banks exposures, on local level and with HQ in Frankfurt, I have been involved
in different projects, mostly related with education of junior staff.
