Vuk Vuksanovic is a senior researcher at the Belgrade Centre for Security Policy (BCSP) and an associate at LSE IDEAS, a foreign policy think tank within the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). He got his PhD in international relations from the LSE on the Serbian balancing act between Russia and the West, which will be published as a book in 2025 this month. His primary field of research focuses on great power politics, primarily in the Balkans. He is the author of numerous academic and policy publications in the UK, the US and the EU.  He is a regular commentator for Serbian and international media on Balkan and international affairs.
