Born on 20 June 1979 in Vladivostok, Russia. In 2001, he graduated from the Far Eastern State Technical University, majoring in Mechanical Engineering. In 2004, he majored in Management at the Far Eastern State University. From 2001 to 2004, he was employed in Far Eastern State Technical University at the Department for Theoretical and General Thermal Engineering. He worked in scientific research in the fields of combustion theory, thermal engineering and ecology. He has published over 10 printed papers and a copyright certificate for an invention.

From 2006 to 2013, he worked at the Scientific, Research and Engineering Centre of Rosneft Oil Company on Sakhalin Island, as Chief Project Engineer, Deputy Executive Director and Executive Director. He took part in Rosneft’s offshore projects on Sakhalin Island, in international offshore projects Sakhalin-1 and Sakhalin-2, high-viscosity oil production project and oil and gas pipeline projects.  

In 2013, he joined NIS as Director of the NIS-Naftagas Scientific and Technological Centre. In 2019, he was appointed as Chief Digital Officer, responsible for the digital transformation of the Company.
