Predrag is a forward-thinking senior HR manager with a diverse background in Human Resources and 15 years of experience working accros the Europe in some.of the most successful multinationals. He is joining from Amsterdam where he currently works for one of the world's largest travel marketplaces, Booking.com. Before that, Predrag worked for telco and banking industry in Europe, where he served for 12 years in various roles within HR. Some of his key consultancy areas are  coaching, talent management and management consulting.

During the period of intense growth of telco industry, while entering banking sector as well, Predrag led several strategic and transformative initiatives.  With strong experience and knowledge in organizational behavior, and specifically on key leadership aspects, Predrag established progressive and effective processes that contributed to strong strategy execution.

He brought his strong knowledge and experience to Booking.com where he made several key process improvements in the talent management area and where he still contributes to the success of the company.

Predrag is a certified coach and holds MBA and Master degree in Social Sciences.
